Frontdoor announced that it had completed the all-cash purchase of 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty on December 19, 2024, after receiving the required regulatory approvals. The price announced was $585 million, subject to the usual closing adjustments, and Frontdoor priced a $1.47 billion credit facility at the same time to refinance debt and help fund the deal. Frontdoor said the acquisition adds a new home structural warranty product line to its home warranty business.
